Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is dispatched. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Consumable or perishable items
  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Any item that has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@greenzech.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. The designated return address will be provided upon RMA approval.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item for which a return request is submitted after the 30-day dispatch window

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–10 business days. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer, as processing times vary by institution. If the issue remains unresolved after doing so, please contact us at info@greenzech.com.

Sale Items

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Any claims for transit damage, product defects, or missing components must be submitted to info@greenzech.com within 7 days of the delivery date, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of both the product condition and the original outer packaging. Claims submitted outside this 7-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item or, at our sole discretion, a partial or full store credit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Return shipping is entirely at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
