1. Your smartphone should be connected to 2.4G WIFI and the Internet .
2. Download the Tuya App from the Ap Store or Google Play Store, create an account and log in .
3. During the pairing process , please make sure that your IOS or Android device and Tuya device are within the range of the router .
4. The device only supports 2.4G network , please do not connect to 5G network or other network .
5. Enter the correct WIFI password , make sure your WIFI SSID and password do not contain special characters .
